Rami Terms & Conditions — Plainly Explained

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the rami platform (rami.onl) and all its services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

Rami is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. To use this platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are using this service voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You do not reside in an area where online betting is completely prohibited.

Opening an account on Rami is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Rami reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

One Account Policy: Only one account is allowed per person, address, mobile number, or device. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

KYC Verification: You will need to complete identity verification (KYC) before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

Rami supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are fully secure and encrypted.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 per day (can be increased after account verification).
• Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within 45 seconds to 2 minutes.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Rami regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, clearly stated on the offer page. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

General Bonus Rules:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of 10–30x the bonus value before withdrawal (varies by offer).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Single Use: The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Maximum Bet Limit: When wagering with bonus money, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500.
• Bet Type Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games or markets.

Referral Bonus: Referring a friend earns both of you a bonus — but the referred person must be a genuine new member. Any attempt to claim referral bonuses through fake accounts will result in both accounts being closed.

Certain rules apply when placing bets on Rami. These rules are designed to ensure fair play and a level experience for all members.

Bet Placement Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (the auto cash-out feature for Live Betting applies separately).
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has already started.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a system or network issue, it will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.

Results & Payouts:

• Results will be settled and payouts processed within a maximum of 12 hours after the event concludes.
• Bet outcomes are determined based on official results.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Rami reserves the right to void any bet where duplicate odds are detected or incorrect odds have been offered.

Rami is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match Fixing & Insider Information: Placing bets using advance knowledge of a match result or information obtained through match-fixing.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences across platforms to seek risk-free profit.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Multiple Accounts: Running multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.

Rami reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of our Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of incorrect documents.
• Detection of unusual betting patterns.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

To close your account yourself: You can close your account at any time by emailing support@rami.onl or reaching out via live chat. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
